This nasal result required all the moves as well, but the biggest change was in the tip. The nasal tip size is a function of skin thickness and cartilage structure. Skin cannot be thinned, so to get a really refined tip the cartilage had to be dealt with more aggressively. It takes decades of experience to peak as a nasal surgeon.
