We would like to have done a proper neck lift here, but the patient wanted to simply have neck liposuction.  She was advised that the skin would likely stick down to the muscle, but some skin looseness might result.  Fortunately, the skin adherence caused by liposuction was enough to get the neck lift she wanted, without actually doing a neck lift surgery.  We are glad she was right!
